Tiny House Loan - Video Version

So... as I have mentioned before, I like photos and words myself. But I can also see the numbers. Posts with photos and words seem to attract a few hundred people. And videos attract the attention of thousands of people. Hence I am working on my video shooting and editing skills. Below is the very first video where I have tried out editing at all. Everything previously, as you could probably tell, was simply raw footage. So please bear with me as I learn this new skill.

If you have been following my blog for a while, you probably already know most of this info from past posts, but I've updated it a bit and turned it into something watchable. Here you go!

And one more recent house photo. The snow banks have compacted considerably due to a lot of cold rain in the last two weeks. But man there is a lot of water content in the snowpack right now! Depending on the particular location, the mountains around here are at 150% to over 200% percent of normal moisture content for this time of year. The mountains just north of me are reporting 473 inches of snowfall for the year right now.

It could be a very interesting spring with run off, ice jams, and flooding depending on how things go when ever it does really start to warm up!
