Nearing Completion!

She has a roof and completed siding now! And should be totally finished in a few days and here by the end of the week.

Front door looking in, and below, the interior spray foam insulation.

Indoor walls and window frames being finished out. Taken from the main room looking back toward the kitchen and bathroom.

The shop where she'll be finished and remain until delivery at the end of this week!

  1. What is your anticipated dry weight for this rig? Very nicely built though I must admit! Rarely that I see a TinyHouse as this being built on a three-wheel trailer!

  2. Thanks, though I can only take credit for picking the builders since I'm not doing the work myself. Mine is 24 feel long and around 10,000 dry, so that's the reason for the triple axles. Larger than many tiny homes, but I think it will work well for me long term as I plan to be mostly stationary and live in a cold climate so I can't expand outside as much as I could in some other areas.

  3. Hello Ariel, I've just just recently found your blog, so I started at the beginning playing catch up. I not sure how this works if- you get rely. If you do, can you tell me on your trailer how far off the ground does it set¿ From the ground to the top of the frame? Thanks
