Me and my house

My little sister being here has given me a chance to get a few photos with myself in them that are kinda hard to take on my own. So, if you are wondering who it is that writes this blog and lives in Fy Nyth, here you go. This is me with my little house.

  1. Hooray! It's nice to "meet" you. I'm a tad jealous of your location. I loved your comment about the post on the porch being in the way. I figure we'll go without in order to move stuff in, but make a mud room of sorts after. Having two doors would be better for making sure the kitties don't dart out on us.

    1. Thank you! I do feel very lucky to live here. And I like the mud room idea a lot too. Especially since it snows so much of the year here. I probably would have designed one if I'd thought that through before moving into mine and may still do so at some point.

  4. I saw a tiny home where the gentleman built in his tiny front porch into a tiny sun room. It worked great to heat the house in the winter according to him. It is in Derek's blog, Relaxshacks. It might work well for you.

    1. I saw that one too and like it a lot. I think maybe I should try to find some old glass doors or something like that at the Restore and fit them onto my little porch and accomplish the same thing.

  5. How did you find land to put your tiny home on? All the land I see is so expensive.
